What type of website changes can I request?
Pretty much anything. Anytime you need to update a picture or written content, add a new page, or make small changes throughout your site, we’ll be there to help. All you have to do is let our support team know what you need done or updated.
Why is it important that my site is always up to date?
Keeping your website CMS and plugins updated help protect against security threats, prevent your site from crashing and to ensure your website is always running smooth for all of your users.
Can I keep my current hosting provider?
Yes, you can keep your current hosting provider, though we recommend migrating to our VPS hosting server, which is built for security and performance. You’ll also save money on your current hosting bill once you migrate to our server.
How does your 30 day refund policy work?
If you’re unhappy with something please let us know. We’ll go ahead and cancel your subscription and issue a refund.
Please note: Your website will be returned to you in original form, as it was prior to us optimizing and applying tweaks if you decide to cancel your maintenance subscription within the first 30 days.
What happens after I sign up?
Within several hours of signing up, we’ll share an onboarding form where we’ll collect a little more information around your website. Once we receive the necessary information from you, we’ll set up your client profile and begin working on your site. We start off by performing an audit so we address potential issues right off the bat. You can also begin sending requests or changes you would like applied on your website right away.
